IMPROVED ACCURACY AND REPEATABILITY

Multi-Wing Ltd: the leading supplier of high quality impellers and fans used for amongst many other critical applications, engine cooling, industrial ventilation and air conditioning, have recently invested in a series of advanced new Smart Plugs manufactured by Bowers Metrology to speed-up their gauging routines and increase the accuracy achieved on a range of critical internal component diameters. Having gained ISO 9002 status several years ago, the company recently achieved the more stringent TS 16949 standard, prompting their considerable investment in the technically superior Bowers instruments to replace the previously used solid plug-gauges and analogue inside micrometers.
